PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — Clouds and light rain didn’t deter dads and children from attending the Portsmouth Rotary Club’s annual Newport Motor Car Festival.
The annual Portsmouth Rotary Club fundraiser was held Sunday on the Portsmouth Abbey grounds.
Fathers, daughters, sons, and grandchildren turned out in throngs to check out the vast variety of motor vehicles, including British classics, sports cars, Mustangs, Army vehicles, and more parked on the idyllic Abbey grounds.
Radio DJ Crusin Bruce served as master of ceremonies. The event also featured food from Clements’ Marketplace, Del’s lemonade, and vendors.
