Portsmouth firefighters ‘fight for air,’ raise funds for American Lung Association

PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — The Portsmouth Fire Department took part Saturday in the Fight for Air Climb to raise money for the American Lung Association. 

The Fight for Air Climb is one of the signature fundraising events of the American Lung Association. The climbs are held in prominent skyscrapers and other buildings across the country, giving participants the opportunity to join together with friends, family and co-workers as they climb the stairs of the building to the top.

The Portsmouth team raised $1,406 for the American Lung Association. Featured below are photos from the climb.
