PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — For the second night since its implementation, “We Don’t Have to Cook Wednesdays” returns to Common Fence Point with new food trucks.
Every Wednesday through the end of October, a different food truck will arrive in Common Fence Point as part of “We Don’t Have to Cook Wednesdays.”
