I did attempt to get my name on THE OFFICIAL BALLOT, officially. Due to a Staff Error I was given the wrong nomination form.
The 31 signatures I received were reviewed and approved for JOHN VITKEVICH to be on the ballot.
Four of Six Members of the Portsmouth Water & Fire District Board VOTED to REJECT my Candidacy on May 15th. It was their Staff Error.
An APPEAL to the RI Board of Elections, would be fruitless. PW&FD Do Not follow Title 17 Voter Rules. No Appeal is available at The Board of Elections. I considered Superior Court, that is very $$$.
I know it’s a lot to ask you to get into your car and dodge all the pot holes on that section of East Main RD but you have from 7AM until 8PM.
