PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — Portsmouth police are asking residents to report any suspicious activity after recent complaints of vandalism. 

Police say they’ve received recent complaints of vandalism and suspicious activity. The vandalism to residences and suspicious activity has apparently occurred in the following areas: under the Mt. Hope Bridge, Mussel Bed Shoal Road and Old Pier Road. 

Anyone who witnesses suspicious activity should call Portsmouth police at (401) 683-0300.
