PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — The Portsmouth Republican Town Committee will hold its next Portsmouth Republicans’ “Speaker of Interest” series on Thursday in conjunction with its meeting.
Portsmouth Police Chief Thomas Lee will provide his insight into the mission of the Portsmouth Police Department, its challenges and opportunities, and his vision of the department’s future. Chief Lee will also present an overview of the development of the proposed Portsmouth Police Station.
The Portsmouth Republican Town Committee’s meeting will be held on Thursday, Oct. 20, at 7 p.m., at the Portsmouth Senior Center, 110 Bristol Ferry Road. The meeting is open to the public.
