Applicants must be age 21 and over. Must be a High School Graduate or hold a GED Certificate. Must perform a variety of clerical tasks based on established procedures and practices, including issuance of municipal permits and licenses according to State law and municipal ordinance; Record and process documents (deeds, etc.) into land records.
Must perform mathematical calculations and must possess above average typing skills, as well as experience with Windows-based word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel) and other Windows-based software applications. Must pass a written examination.
