Police authorities arrested a 61-year-old Texas man for the alleged kidnapping and sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl.
Texas Man Kidnapped and Sexually Assaulted a 13-Year-Old Girl
A 61-year-old Texas man identified as Steven Robert Sablan was arrested and indicted after he kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl. The victim was rescued from the hands of the Texas man after the victim waved “Help me” note to the passerby.
In a published article in FOX News, the Texas man raised a gun to a 13-year-old girl who was walking in San Antonia, Texas on July 6. He warned and ordered the girl to get inside his car. He said, “If you don’t get in the car with me, I am going to hurt you,” The teen followed out of fear.
In the obtained affidavit, it was found that the 61-year-old Texas man told the girl that he had to do something first before he will take her to a cruise ship and see his friend in Australia. It was also found that he sexually assaulted and raped the girl while driving from Texas to California.

Texas Man Was Arrested
According to a published article in US Today News, the Texas man was arrested after the 13-year-old girl raised a note “Help me” to the passerby when the Texas man parked the car in Long Beach, California and went into a laundromat.
A witness immediately called the Long Beach Police Department and searched the vehicle. The U.S. Attorney said through a press release that the Texas man was charged in the indictment with one count each of kidnapping and transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
