Investigation continues after a 2-year-old girl was shot and killed by a 14-year-old, who is a relative and has access to a gun. It was found during the investigation that there were eight other persons inside the house when the shooting incident happened.
In a published article in FOX News, the shooting incident happened at a home in the 1600 block of North 29th Street. Police authorities revealed that the 2-year-old girl was shot in the head by her 14-year-old relative and that both of them live in the same house.

How the 14-Year-Old Got Access to a Gun?
According to a published article in ABC6 News, Philadelphia Police Sgt. Eric Gripp told the reporters at the crime scene that the 14-year-old teen had access to an unsecured gun. However, Gripp did not give much detail about the shooting incident as the investigation continues.
He added that he struck the 2-year-old girl while handling the weapon. Meanwhile, two police officers who responded to the scene got injured after they got involved in an accident.
