Three males have been taken into custody by Cherokee County deputies after a fight in a bar broke out and resulted in a stabbing that occurred on Friday night.

The Cherokee Sheriff’s Office reports that a fight in a bar broke out in a pub named “The Place” on Parkside Lane close to Woodstock, where a 49-year-old patron was found lying on the ground with a stab wound to his chest.
After a fight in a bar, the victim was later taken in serious condition to WellStar Kennestone Hospital; his name has not been made public.
Several males led the victim outside where a fight in a bar broke out at a pub, leading to the stabbing, according to deputies, who said the victim was “reportedly being disorderly” before the event.
Deputies have named three individuals as being involved in the fight in a bar: Eric Armstrong, 31, Bradley Salisbury, 25, and Bryan Cahill, 39.
According to the sheriff’s office, Armstrong, a bar employee, was the assailant. He was detained, and aggravated assault and tampering with evidence were filed against him.

Two further bar patrons, Salisbury and Cahill, were arrested due to a fight in a bar on battery-related charges and were released from custody on Friday morning on $1,000 bonds.
