On Saturday night, authorities reported that Cavalcante, an escape prisoner from Chester County Prison had been seen close to Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. A Pennsylvania State Police update published early Sunday afternoon on social media stated that it is no longer believed that the escape prisoner from Chester County Prison is in that region.
