The California appeals court could order to revive the cases back to trial to lower court the previously dismissed sexual abuse lawsuits against Michael Jackson.
Revival of Sexual Abuse Lawsuits Against Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson died in 2009 but lawsuits were filed years after his death. The lawsuit claims sexual abuse against Michael Jackson who solely owned MJJ Productions Inc. and MJJ Ventures Inc. These lawsuits were filed by Wade Robson in 2013 and James Safechuck in 2014.
In a published article in FOX News, the California appeals court could order to revive the cases back to trial to lower court. In 2021, these lawsuits were dismissed before Superior Court Judge Mark A. Young who ruled that the two corporations of Michael Jackson do not have a legal obligation to protect Robson and Safechuck against Jackson.

Robson and Safechuck’s Lawsuit Against Michael Jackson
According to a published article in Associated Press, Robson, who is now 40 years old, said that he was 5 years old when he met Michael Jackson. In the lawsuit filed, he claimed that he was sexually abused for seven years. He appeared in Jackson’s music videos and claimed that he was his employee and that the corporation has a legal obligation to him.
Meanwhile, Safechuck, who is now 45 years old, was just 9 years old when he became a part of Pepsi’s commercial with Michael Jackson. He also claimed that he was sexually abused by Michael Jackson in a series of incidents and received gifts from Jackson.
