The former president of America was accused by District Attorney Fani Wallis of scheming to subvert the will of Georgia voters to keep now President Joe Biden out of the White house.
Former President of America, Donald Trump, has surrendered and booked at the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta on Thursday.
Trump previously agreed to pay a bond of $200,000 in addition to other release conditions like not intimidating a c-defendant or witness, this includes posting on social media. Records have indicated that the former president of America was booked on 13 charges.
District Attorney Fani Willis have charged the former president of America and 18 others with 41 counts, including racketeering charges, connected to overturn Georgia’s election results.

The former president of America was indicted in a fourth criminal investigation after prosecutors have released evidence related to reverse the outcome of Georgia’s 2020 election results.
13 felony counts against trump include violating Georgia’s RICO act, filing of false documents, as well as various conspiracy theories. With the new charges out, the former president of America is now facing a total of 91 criminal charges across four different cases, several of which carry a recommended prison time. The indictment has also charged18 of the former president of America’s associates, like former white house chief of staff, Mark Meadows.
The former president of America has turned himself in to Georgia authorities on Thursday and has undergone a formal booking process in response to the 13 felony charges handed by Fulton County grand jury.
