Beauty Couch’s boyfriend has been arrested and charged with her murder after her body was discovered alongside a torched automobile in Georgia last week.
According to New York Post, Eugene Louis-Jocques, 21, a boyfriend arrested for murder in Louisiana on Saturday, barely three days after first responders discovered the remains of 22-year-old Couch after putting out her burning car on the side of a road near Austell, Ga., authorities said.
Louis-Jocques, of Naples, Florida, was named as a suspect in the case, and he was apprehended as he drove through St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, according to local station WWL-TV.
“Let it be known that we do not tolerate people who believe they can commit a crime elsewhere and try to hide in St. Tammany Parish,” Sheriff Randy Smith said in a statement.

Police scoured the area where the automobile was discovered and discovered a body that matched Couch’s description.
Base from article of The Blast, according to Alex Hayes of the Austell Police Department, if they hadn’t returned to look for more clues after finding the vehicle, they might not have located her body. Following the preliminary inquiry, foul play was suspected.
Couch was a renowned Instagram roller skating influencer with over 150,000 followers. Couch’s sister, Leila Brown, stated that she had a large impact on many individuals.
“I can’t imagine her being in this situation at all because she was so lovable, caring, fun, and amazing,” Brown added. “She had an impact on a lot of people, and she did nothing to deserve this.”
Couch’s social media fans expressed their sympathies in response to her most recent posts. Many others were shocked and saddened by the unfortunate loss.
