Former High School Band Director Back in Court for Rape Charges

Former Kentucky high school band director, Patrick Howard Brady is back in court, Tuesday (August 8th) after being indicted by a grand jury following alleged relationship with his student, facing multiple sexual-related charges. Brady pleads not guilty to said charges.

In an article published by WKYT News on Tuesday – August 8th, Patrick Howard Brady, a former high school band director of Anderson County was back in court.

The high school band director was indicted by a grand jury for the following charges: rape, sodomy, sexual abuse, the high school band director’s unlawful transactions with minors, promoting sexual performances by minors, unlawful use of electronics to lure minors in performing sexual acts, and with the high school band director’s tampering the evidence.

The allegations were centered around the high school band director’s relationship with his minor student. The indictment asserted that the high school band director committed the acts in August of last year up until this year.

Former high school band director, Patrick Brady, pleads that they are not guilty of rape and other charges.

A judge has ordered former Kentucky high school band director, Patrick Brady, to keep away from Anderson High School, to never have contact with the school, its staff, and especially its students.

The former high school band director pleaded not guilty to the charges during the hearing on Tuesday morning, August 8th. The high school band director’s bail stands at $100,000. On October 3rd, a pre-trial hearing conference was set for the high school band director.
