In response to allegations of gunfire from a fatal shooting incident, the Seguin Police Department was called to the 100 block of N River Street around 2:11 a.m.
The suspect of a fatal shooting, Issac Mesa Jr., 24, was arrested and lodged in the Guadalupe County Jail on one count of murder.
According to the Seguin Police Department, a New Braunfels resident who shot and killed another guy overnight in a fatal shooting is now in jail.
On Saturday around 2:11 a.m., a fatal shooting took place in the 100 block of North River Street.
When the police arrived, they discovered a man who had been shot. Despite efforts to save his life, the man tragically passed away from the fatal shooting incident and from the wounds he got from it.
The victim was eventually revealed to be Adrian Barbosa, 36.

Police were able to identify the fatal shooting suspect as Isaac Mesa Jr., 24, of New Braunfels after conducting an investigation.
It is uncertain what else may have caused the fatal shooting incident.
Mesa Jr. is being detained in the Guadalupe County Jail after being arrested for Barbosa’s murder.
The fatal shooting crime is yet under investigation and there is still no detailed evidence that support claims that the fatal shooting that became the cause of death of the victim.
